These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Capsatoto ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the online gaming services available at capsatoto.cam. By registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on the capsatoto platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the capsatoto platform in any capacity. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the individual member account registered by a Player on the capsatoto platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements, distinct from real-money Balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be played through before it and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before certain Account actions, including first withdrawal.
• "Platform" means the capsatoto website, mobile interface, applications, and all associated services accessible via capsatoto.cam.
• "Game Rules" means the individual rules applicable to each game or betting market available on the Platform.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the default currency for Malaysian player accounts on capsatoto.

To register and maintain an account on capsatoto, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are aged 21 years or older. Capsatoto strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all players. This is non-negotiable and reflects internationally recognised standards for licensed gambling platforms.
2. You are registering and playing as an individual for your own personal entertainment, and not on behalf of any other person, business entity, or organisation.
3. You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, and you have satisfied yourself that accessing this Platform is lawful in your location.
4. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of capsatoto or any of its affiliated gaming suppliers.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently excluded from capsatoto under any previous account registration.
6. You are not suffering from, or being treated for, a recognised gambling addiction at the time of registration.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on capsatoto at any time. The registration of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You must notify capsatoto promptly of any changes to this information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Capsatoto will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your login details. You must notify us immediately at support@capsatoto.cam if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

Capsatoto accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) via a range of verified local and international payment channels. Supported methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, Visa, Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC).

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion. There is no processing fee charged by capsatoto on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account or method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Capsatoto reserves the right to request proof of payment ownership as part of KYC verification.
• Deposits made via methods not currently supported by the Platform may not be credited and may be subject to return processing times determined by the originating institution.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited based on prevailing exchange rates at the time of on-chain confirmation. Capsatoto is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit initiation and confirmation.

All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC may place bets but will not be able to process withdrawal requests until verification is approved.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 for e-wallet methods and RM 100 for bank transfer methods. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Typically processed within 5 minutes of approval.
• DuitNow / FPX Bank Transfers: Typically processed within 5–15 minutes during banking hours.
• Direct Bank Wire: Processed within 15–60 minutes; may take longer outside business hours.
• Cryptocurrency: Processed within 30–60 minutes subject to on-chain confirmation times.

Capsatoto reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Withdrawal requests may be declined where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, terms abuse, or unresolved KYC requirements.

Capsatoto offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated at the time the promotion is offered.

General bonus terms applicable to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

1. Bonus funds are held separately from real-money Balance. When both are present, real-money Balance is used first for wagers.
2. Standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states otherwise. For example, a RM100 bonus carries a RM2,000 wagering requirement before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
3. Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the Account.
4. Each promotion is available to one eligible account per household, device, IP address, and verified identity.
5. Capsatoto reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonuses where there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, multi-accounting, or systematic exploitation of wagering conditions.
6. Bonuses are available exclusively to players aged 21 and above who have accepted these Terms.

All bets placed on capsatoto — whether on sports markets including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UFC, or on casino games including slots, live dealer tables, and instant-win games — are subject to the specific Game Rules applicable to each product.

• Bets are final once confirmed by the system. Capsatoto does not accept cancellation requests for settled bets under any circumstances, except where a clear system error is established.
• In the event of a manifest technical error or data feed failure affecting odds or game outcomes, capsatoto reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.
• Capsatoto reserves the right to limit maximum bet sizes on any market or game at its discretion, particularly for accounts demonstrating consistent arbitrage or advantage-play behaviour.
• All game outcomes for RNG-based games are determined by certified random number generation systems. Results are independent, and no betting system or strategy guarantees positive outcomes over the long term.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the capsatoto platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any pending withdrawals, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, mathematical errors, or display glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or multi-player table games.
• Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks after withdrawing or wagering funds.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund an Account.
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, in violation of local law.
• Laundering funds or using the Platform for any illegal financial activity.

Capsatoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to pass KYC verification, or receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.

A Player may request closure of their own Account at any time by contacting support at support@capsatoto.cam. Upon voluntary Account closure with no outstanding disputes, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable processing period.

Accounts closed by capsatoto for breach of these Terms are not entitled to withdrawal of any funds that were associated with prohibited activity. Such funds may be permanently forfeited at capsatoto's discretion following investigation.

Capsatoto is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform offers a range of player-controlled tools to support responsible gambling, including:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced.
• Loss Limits: Players may restrict the total amount they are permitted to lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify players of elapsed session time.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary suspension of gambling activity for a defined period, ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently stop gambling on capsatoto may request indefinite self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.

All content available on the capsatoto Platform — including but not limited to software, game logic, graphics, design elements, logos, trademarks, text, and multimedia content — is the intellectual property of capsatoto or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, capsatoto's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money Balance held in the Player's verified Account at the time the claim arises.

Capsatoto shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or interruption to access caused by third-party technical failures.
• Gambling losses incurred through normal use of the Platform.
• Delays in payment processing caused by payment provider outages or regulatory requirements.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, cyberattacks, or internet infrastructure failures beyond our reasonable control.

Capsatoto collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect personal information strictly for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. Capsatoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address associated with your Account. The effective date of the revised Terms will be updated accordingly at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the capsatoto Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 10.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which capsatoto holds its international online gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to capsatoto's customer support team for resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaint process within a reasonable period, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. Neither party shall commence court proceedings in respect of any dispute without first exhausting the above procedure.

Malaysian players acknowledge that the laws of Malaysia governing online gambling may differ from the laws of the Platform's licensing jurisdiction. Players are personally responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable local laws.
